Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake or the service did not work for you, write to [support email] within [7] days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Plan changes
